Bu diyarda hi\u00e7 kimse birbirine \u00f6teki muamelesi, tavr\u0131 ve kibri g\u00f6stermez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu topraklara ilk gelenler, Ziya G\u00f6kalp\u2019in tesan\u00fct yani dayan\u0131\u015fma ilkesine ba\u011flayarak izah etti\u011fi farkl\u0131 etnik gruplar\u0131n birlikte ya\u015fama psikolojisini benimseyip \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na da \u00f6\u011fretmi\u015flerdi.\u00a0 \u00c7erkez k\u00f6kenli de\u011filim, ancak \u00c7erkez ve di\u011fer t\u00fcm etnik k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerden arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla, karde\u015flerimizle bir arada yeti\u015ftik. Ekme\u011fimizi, a\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 payla\u015ft\u0131k, tarlalar\u0131m\u0131zda, bah\u00e7elerimizde, k\u00f6ylerimizde kom\u015fu olduk, kayna\u015ft\u0131k. Sabah uyand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda selamla\u015ft\u0131k, hasta olan varsa derdiyle ilgilendik, hay\u0131rl\u0131 sabahlar olsun dedik ve sonra birbirimizle gerekti\u011finde imece usul\u00fc i\u015f birli\u011fi yapt\u0131k. Rumeli\u2019den 1950\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda g\u00f6\u00e7men olarak gelen \u015fimdi doksan be\u015f ya\u015f\u0131ndaki G\u00fcls\u00fcm Teyzemiz h\u00e2l\u00e2 anneme ilk geldiklerinde kendilerine g\u00f6sterdikleri alakay\u0131 anlat\u0131rm\u0131\u015f; sonra kap kacak verdiklerini, sonra yiyecek giyecek yard\u0131m\u0131 yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 eklermi\u015f. Biz neredeyse d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 D\u00fczce\u2019de en \u00e7ok, \u015fimdi art\u0131k anlat\u0131lmayan g\u00f6\u00e7 hik\u00e2yelerini dinleyerek b\u00fcy\u00fcrd\u00fck. Son y\u0131llarda \u00fclkemize ve D\u00fczce\u2019mize Irak, Suriye, Afganistan\u2019dan bir \u015fekilde gelen s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmac\u0131lar\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fck\u00e7e empati yaparak onlara merhamet g\u00f6sterenlerimiz hi\u00e7 de az de\u011fildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc y\u00fcz y\u00fcz elli y\u0131l \u00f6nce de bu topraklardaki g\u00f6\u00e7 dalgas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zneleri bizim atalar\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131. Empati yapmak duygular\u0131n en asillerindendir. \u00c7e\u015fitli nedenlerle g\u00f6\u00e7 yolculu\u011funa \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olmak D\u00fczce\u2019de anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r bir duygudur.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fclt\u00fcr tarih\u00e7ileri k\u00fclt\u00fcre dair \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli teoriler iler s\u00fcrerler. Siyaset, din ve dil kavramlar\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn en \u00e7ok y\u00f6nlendiricisi olurmu\u015f.\u00a0 Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda kom\u015fuluk ili\u015fkileri de son derece d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc i\u015flevler ta\u015f\u0131rm\u0131\u015f. Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere Rus \u00c7arl\u0131\u011f\u0131 1880\u2019l\u00fc y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda bir Rusla\u015ft\u0131rma ve H\u0131ristiyanla\u015ft\u0131rma politikas\u0131 uygulamaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f ve \u00c7erkezleri de bu kapsamda bask\u0131 alt\u0131na alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7erkez liderler ya Rusla\u015fma ve H\u0131ristiyanla\u015fma politikas\u0131n\u0131 kabul ederek eriyip kaybolacaklar, ya da politika geli\u015ftirerek en az\u0131ndan varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 koruyacaklard\u0131. Muhtemelen o liderlerin kurduklar\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131larla Osmanl\u0131 Devleti onlar\u0131 kendi topraklar\u0131na davet etmi\u015fti. Kaynaklara g\u00f6re 21 May\u0131s 1860 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren 1914 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar \u00e7ok yo\u011fun \u015fekilde \u00c7erkez n\u00fcfusunun g\u00f6\u00e7leri ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f ve Osmanl\u0131 Devlet yetkilileri de onlar\u0131n bu topraklara gelmelerini cazip k\u0131lacak \u015fartlar\u0131 ve ortamlar\u0131 haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u00c7ok cesur ve iyi yeti\u015fmi\u015f \u00c7erkez toplumu dini ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel bak\u0131mdan Osmanl\u0131 topraklar\u0131na intibak etmede zorlanmad\u0131. Osmanl\u0131 isk\u00e2n politikas\u0131 \u00e7ok stratejik esaslara g\u00f6re haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ve \u00c7erkez n\u00fcfusu, jeopolitik bir \u00e7er\u00e7evede tar\u0131m, ekonomi, savunma, askerlik gibi temel ilkeler g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak devletin t\u00fcm co\u011frafyalar\u0131na isk\u00e2n edilmi\u015fti. D\u00fczce de bu isk\u00e2n edilen sahalardan birisiydi ve \u00f6zellikli bir isk\u00e2n b\u00f6lgesiydi.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7en y\u00fczy\u0131lda Modernizm \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve dilleri eritmeyi hedeflerken Postmodernizm d\u00fcnyada dil ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerin kaybolma tehlikesine dikkat \u00e7ekmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. \u00dcniversitelerin filoloji b\u00f6l\u00fcmleriyle sosyoloji b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri bu tehlikeyi bertaraf etmeliydiler. D\u00fczce \u00dcniversitesi olarak D\u00fczce\u2019mizin sadece \u00c7erkez k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc alan\u0131nda de\u011fil \u00e7ok say\u0131da etnik k\u00fclt\u00fcre ev sahipli\u011fi etti\u011fini biliyoruz. B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7ileler ve me\u015fakkatler \u00e7eken ilk nesil g\u00f6\u00e7en insanlar\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 bu vatan\u0131n \u00f6zbe\u00f6z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 olarak, vergilerini veriyorlar, askerliklerini yap\u0131yorlar, \u015fehit d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyorlard\u0131. D\u00fczce \u015fehir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde oldu\u011fu gibi k\u00f6y ve kasaba k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerinde de insanlar kom\u015fuluk, akrabal\u0131k ve h\u0131s\u0131ml\u0131k kavramlar\u0131yla bir as\u0131rd\u0131r s\u00fcrekli b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fiyorlard\u0131. Ne yapabilirdik? sorusunun cevab\u0131n\u0131 bulmak \u00fczere o zamanki Rekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz Prof. Dr. Funda Sivrikaya \u015eerifo\u011flu ile birlikte bir \u00e7aba i\u00e7ine girdik. Ve ilk olarak D\u00fczce\u2019de mevcut derneklerden \u00c7erkez, G\u00fcrc\u00fc, Abhazya ve K\u0131r\u0131ml\u0131lar\u0131n kurduklar\u0131 derneklerini ziyaret ederek onlarla ilgili olarak neler yap\u0131labilece\u011fini isti\u015fare ettik.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk planda \u00c7erkez, G\u00fcrc\u00fc ve Abaza dili ve edebiyat\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerini a\u00e7mak i\u00e7in haz\u0131rl\u0131klar yaparak Senato g\u00fcndemine ald\u0131k ve Y\u00d6K nezdinde giri\u015fimlerde bulunduk. B\u00f6l\u00fcmleri a\u00e7mak i\u00e7in \u00f6\u011fretim eleman\u0131 gerekiyordu ve bunun i\u00e7in Ad\u0131ge Cumhuriyetin temaslarda bulunmak \u00fczere 2013 y\u0131l\u0131 Mart ay\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda Rekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz Prof. Dr. Funda Sivrikaya \u015eerifo\u011flu, Fen Edebiyat Fak\u00fcltesi Dekan\u0131 olarak ben, Yabanc\u0131 Diller Y\u00fcksek Okulu M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Yard. Do\u00e7. Dr. Yusuf \u015een ve D\u00fczce Ad\u0131ge K\u00fclt\u00fcr Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Murat Caymaz\u2019dan olu\u015fan bir heyetle Maykop\u2019a gittik. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den ve D\u00fczce\u2019den gelmi\u015f olmak oradaki \u00c7erkez karde\u015flerimizi \u00e7ok duyguland\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ve bizler de \u00e7ok duyguland\u0131k. G\u00f6zya\u015f\u0131 d\u00f6kenler olmu\u015ftu, heyetimize son derece itibar g\u00f6sterdiler, her an\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 birlikte payla\u015ft\u0131lar. \u00d6zellikle Ad\u0131ge Devlet \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Hunago Ra\u015fit Bey bize h\u00fcsn-i kabul g\u00f6sterdi, resmi protokolle a\u011f\u0131rlad\u0131. B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn kurulmas\u0131 a\u015famalar\u0131ndaki \u00f6zellikle \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi teminini k\u0131sa zamanda \u00e7\u00f6zd\u00fc ve ard\u0131ndan Mira Khachemizova, Suzanna Shkhalakhova ve Ruzanna Doleva Hocalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 D\u00fczce\u2019ye g\u00f6ndererek e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretimi ba\u015flatacak d\u00fczeye gelmemizi sa\u011flad\u0131. \u015eimdi bir hayal gibi g\u00f6z\u00fcken t\u00fcm engelleri a\u015farak lisans program\u0131n\u0131 haz\u0131r hale getirdik.
