For the Circassians who did not know the letter, an alphabet was created, textbooks followed it, and illiteracy was eliminated in a short period, gradually among the Circassians there appeared scientists who began to work in the field of Adyghe linguistics. The first Adyghe linguist D.A. Ashhamaf together with N.F. Yakovlev composed the Adyghe alphabet, developed the principles for the formation of the Adyghe literary language, created grammars of the Adyghe language. Then the number of linguistic scientists increased. They worked on various problems of the Adyghe language in phonetics, morphology, syntax, lexicology, etc. Monographs, scientific articles and dictionaries came out of the pen of scientists. However, many unresolved problems remained. Among them, one can name the structure and state of the Adyghe diaspora language. It’s time to tackle these issues.
